What You’ll Do

Engage with homeowners to educate them on our exterior improvement services (roofing, siding, painting, gutters, and windows).

Conduct property inspections, identify needs, and prepare professional proposals.

Present estimates clearly and confidently to help homeowners make informed decisions.

Build strong relationships through honesty, follow-up, and exceptional service.

Generate new business through company leads, referrals, and self-sourced opportunities.

Collaborate with project managers and installers to ensure smooth project handoffs.

Compensation Overview

Base Salary: $3,000/month

Commission: Uncapped (Average first-year earnings $60K–$100K+)

Top Performer Range: $120K–$150K+ per year
